When you book an event, join The Circle, or contact us, we collect: your name and email address; payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we don't store full card numbers ourselves); and basic usage data about how you use the site.
Why We Collect It
To provide the services you've booked or subscribed to, process payments, send you information about sessions and membership you've signed up for, and — only with your consent — send you wider marketing updates. Our legal basis is performance of a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, or your consent, depending on the activity.
Who We Share It With
We share data with the processors that help us run the site and services — our payment processor (for billing), our hosting provider, and our email delivery service. We don't sell your data to third parties.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your data for as long as you have an active membership or for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us, and as required to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing, and request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we've mishandled your data.
