Who We Are
All Connected ("we", "us", "our") provides breathwork sessions, community membership (The Circle), and in-person events (The Connected Experience) via allconnected.world. By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Membership (The Circle)
The Circle is a recurring membership billed monthly or annually, as selected at signup. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
If you're a UK consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If you access member content or attend a session within that 14-day period, you're confirming you want the service to begin immediately and understand this may affect your right to a full refund for that period.
In-Person Events (The Connected Experience)
Events have limited capacity and are ticketed in advance. Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law, but are transferable to another person with reasonable notice — contact us to arrange this. We reserve the right to reschedule or relocate an event; if we cancel an event outright, you'll receive a full refund.
Breathwork & Health Disclaimer
Breathwork can bring up strong physical and emotional responses. It is not a substitute for medical treatment, therapy, or professional mental health support, and if you are currently working with a therapist or doctor, we recommend this sits alongside that care rather than replacing it.
Breathwork is not recommended for everyone. If you are pregnant, or have a cardiovascular condition, epilepsy, a history of psychosis, severe mental illness, or any condition your doctor has advised caution with regarding intense breathing exercises, please consult a medical professional before taking part and let us know in advance. You take part at your own discretion and are responsible for stopping or modifying your practice at any time if it doesn't feel right for you.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including session recordings, written materials, and the All Connected framework — belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal practice, not for resale or redistribution.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but to the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or attendance at sessions/events. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that can't be excluded by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
