This isn't a résumé. It's the story.
Qualifications tell you what someone learned. This tells you why any of it matters.
I built a life that looked right from the outside.
For years, I was the person people came to for help — steady, capable, always holding it together. What most people didn't see was how far I'd drifted from myself in the process of being that for everyone else.
I wasn't in crisis. That was almost the problem. Everything was fine enough to ignore, for a long time, right up until it wasn't.
It didn't arrive as a breakthrough. It arrived as a breath.
The moment that changed things wasn't dramatic. It was quiet — a single session where, for the first time in longer than I could remember, I stopped managing everything for a while and just felt what was actually there.
It was uncomfortable. It was also the first honest thing that had happened to me in years.
The nervous system doesn't lie, even when we do.
I trained formally after that — clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, breathwork facilitation — but the real education was simpler: the body knows what the mind has learned to override, and breath is one of the fastest ways back to hearing it.
I started using this with the men who came through what became The Men's Mind Cave. Then with clients one to one. The pattern held every time — reconnection wasn't a nice idea. It was a practice, and it worked.
So no one has to find their way back alone.
All Connected exists because the way back to yourself is so much easier with someone who's actually walked it, and other people doing the same work alongside you. It's not therapy, and it's not a technique class. It's the space I wish I'd had.
Help as many people as possible come home to who they actually are.
Not fixed. Not optimised. Reconnected — to their body, their honesty, and the parts of themselves that got quietly left behind.
